Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Shipping within the United States
We currently ship within the United States.
Standard shipping: 5-8 business days, $8.00.
Free shipping: 5-8 business days on US orders over $65.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has left our warehouse. Carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery windows.
Returns
We want every SÖMNAD piece to earn a place in your everyday rotation. If you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or approved for a return due to a service issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@somnadlab.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
