Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship to the United States only. Standard shipping is $4.99. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, contact us at service@somnadlab.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at service@somnadlab.com.
