30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, odors, or missing tags may not be eligible for a return.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns should be sent to:

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at service@somnadlab.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products without their original tags or packaging
• Gift Cards
• Final Sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, the quickest solution is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
